Who's who in American Business 1990-1993. I was a Business Owner in the Service industry from 1988-1998, and there, I discovered my passion for servant leadership. It has been my experience that business and community growth are both sustained through addressing the needs of those who require your products and services.
I own two condo communities, Hidden Harbor and Hamilton Farms, both rented and sold. I was a community board president for two terms at Hidden Harbor. I worked behind the scenes at Hamilton Farms to make an assessment that was needed affordable for the community.
In addition, I work in the periphery of the multi-family industry as a consultant on the budgeting of services and as an advisor to the National Pest Management Association, which I performed from 2020/2023

Devyn Marble
Born in Flint, MI and grew up in Detroit. I come from a rich family of athletes, where majority of my life has been centered around basketball. I attended the University of Iowa on a basketball scholarship where I graduated in four years with a business and entrepreneurial focus. I would then go on to be drafted in the 2014 NBA draft to the Orlando Magic. I have played and lived in multiple countries including Italy, Israel, Taiwan, Poland and several others. My passion for multifamily real estate is something I stumbled across while playing and living in Israel. I knew multifamily acquisitions was what I wanted to transition into as I finish up my playing career. My hope is to educate others along the way as we work to successfully acquire and add to our portfolio.
Kevin Murphy
I started by acquiring several single-family homes and eventually expanded to a 24-unit apartment building and a few duplexes, all of which my wife and I owned and managed.
I obtained my realtor's license in 2002 while investing and managing real estate. This experience enabled me to leave my 9-5 HR Manager position and dedicate all my time to real estate investing.
Additionally, I founded a company in environmental management and grew it into a quarter-million-dollar venture within one year. As an entrepreneur, I understand the value of hard work, perseverance, and never giving up. Since discovering the potential of multifamily real estate investing, my passion for sharing these opportunities has been resolute. I aim to assist you in safeguarding your savings, building lasting wealth for your family, and, most importantly, reclaiming the freedom to decide how you spend your time.
